Q. What browser do I need for the website?
A. The website is best viewed with Firefox 3 or Internet Explorer (IE) 8.
Q. What if I can't view the golf game or I am just getting a red X in the corner of my screen?
A. Flash 9 must be enabled to view and play the game. Click here to get it. (There is no charge to get this.)
Q. What if I don't have a product UPC number?
A. Use the drop down menu on the entry form and the product UPC number will be filled in for you. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Q. When I try to enter my email address it is telling me that I've already entered and will not let me play the game.
A. You can come back every day and play one time per day. Your email address used during registration is your log in. If the game server identifies you as having played that day, it will not let you play again until the next day. One play per day per person, household and/or email address. A "Day" is defined as the 24 hours between 12:00:00 am Pacific Time and 11:59:59 pm Pacific Time throughout the Promotion Period. "Household" is defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion, as well as those persons who currently live together during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) unique e-mail address from any household member may be entered per day of the Promotion. If there are two (2) email addresses that correspond to a household used on any given day of the Promotion, only the first unique user for that household will be accepted for game play.
Q. If I don't win a weekly prize, am I still eligible for the Grand Prize?
A. Yes! All of the weekly winners and all of the daily entries are eligible in the Grand Prize drawing.
Q. Why do I keep getting returned to the entry form and cannot proceed to play the game?
A. You may have received an error message due to empty or incorrectly completed data fields. Please review your entry form information and when all required fields are complete, click submit.
Q. Does selecting a specific player/flavor type affect the play of the game?
A. No, the players and the swing are completely random. No player/flavor type has an advantage over the other.
Q. When I try to enter I get a message that the email is already registered. What should I do?
A. If you have already registered please go to the HOME page and enter as a returning user in the Returning Player Login. Click the SUBMIT button below the box and you will be taken to the Golf Game.
